There are many new customer need the samples from us everyday. They come from different country and area and they are different clients, So we need handling method for the samples to different clients.The following is our samples policy:

1. cheaper chess samples is free for overseas clients. But need payment the courier cost for new customer.

2. Expensive samples, We need accept to the samples cost.from the clients

3. If you confirm the samples and order the chess goods from us and we will return the samples cost and air courier cost to you.

4. Old customer, Samples cost and airmail cost is free.

5. Chinese trade company have to payment the samples cost and air courier cost before first order.

6. Overseas buyer if have the FEDEX account and DHL account and we can send the samples to you by your account and you will payment the air courier cost after receive the samples. Usual we never use UPS and TNT account for payment the air courier cost after the samples arrived. If you only have UPS and TNT account and you can contact your local UPS and TNT and send the guarantee to Chinese UPS and TNT, Let them take the samples in our factory.
